While completion time varies depending on the type of project, scope, and research needs, I work efficiently and involve you from the very beginning.
For example, a typical blog post takes me two days to ensure a high-quality outcome:
- Day 1 — Structure and strategy:
Dedicated to researching and crafting a strategy tailored to your audience and setting a powerful narrative (inciting incident). - Day 2 — Writing and polishing:
The ideas take form into words, I spend the second day drafting, refining and polishing the copy so that it matches the perfect tone.
My focus is on strategic quality and efficiency, making sure your message is unforgettable and unlocking your brand’s full potential.

I do not believe in copy that is only meant to sell; I trust in the power of stories to resonate with audiences and change lives.
My first step in writing any piece of copy is understanding the story of both the reader and your brand. Only then am I ready to craft a compelling narrative that will drive action.
This process is deeply rooted in my background in fiction writing and game design. By understanding players’ psychology and writing techniques that keep readers hooked, I can transform any text into an adventure for the reader.
This strong narrative texture sets my writing apart and gives me a unique perspective on the power of the written word.
Any artistic approach to writing needs a structure to contain the creative chaos and unlock its full potential. Here is my four-phase process:
- Phase 1 — Research:
I research everything: your brand, your voice (I normally scribble a little here to ensure the perfect tone), your audience, and, of course, the copy you need to send out into the world. You can expect questions and raw drafts of voice and target audience research at this point. - Phase 2 — Structure and Blueprint:
I make a skeleton of how the final copy will be, tailored to the scope and nature of the project. For example, if it’s a blog post, I’ll make a brief structure of the hook, headings, and subheadings; if it’s a work of fiction, I’ll make an outline of the characters, arguments, chapters, and the main character development. If requested, I will share this structure and outline with you for revision. - Phase 3 — Drafting and polishing:
On to my favorite part: writing! With the structure ready, I write, correct, and rewrite until I have a final version to share with you. - Phase 4 — Revisions:
If you have any comments or suggestions, I will integrate them naturally into the project and send the final version.
(I may or may not drink a couple of liters of coffee in the midst of it all.)
With this well-structured process, there will be no unwelcome surprises and no compromise in the quality of the final text.
I will never use AI to replace my work (where’s the fun in that?). I firmly believe in the human component to storytelling as the foundation of all good writing, no matter its purpose.
However, I do use AI as a tool, much like Grammarly, and as a research assistant to find links that otherwise would take a longer time to find. This specific use of AI saves me time and saves you money without compromising the quality of my work.
I fully disclose all the tools I use, their purpose and benefits, and happily oblige if you wish me not to use AI or any other tool for a specific project.
I focus on writing action-driving copy that will work for you and provide a strong Return on Investment (ROI). My pricing depends on the scope and nature of the project, and its research and narrative needs.

The long answer is that the project files and their types depend on what you need and what’s most convenient for your project. I can deliver your project in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Content Management Systems (CMS): I can fully publish a WordPress post, or I can adapt to other CMS.
- Standard Documents: an easy-to-use document in Google Docs or a similar word processor.
- Design Templates: though I’m not a designer, I can fully deliver a design template in Canva or Photoshop for your landing page or e-mail campaign.
- Visual assets: I can provide, if needed, high-quality images from Unsplash or any other legal sources.
The final version of the project will consist of a .zip file tailored to your project, including all editable assets and a locked PDF for your records.
